Green Horizon Lawn Care Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Green Horizon Lawn Care Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be a current customer of Green Horizon Lawn Care ("Green Horizon," "we," "us," or "our"). Referrals must be new customers who have not previously received services from Green Horizon.

2. Referral Benefits
For every person you refer who books a weekly or biweekly service and remains a customer for at least one month, you will receive a $40 credit. This credit can be applied towards any service provided by Green Horizon.

3. Application of Credit
The $40 credit will be applied to your account once the referred customer has completed one month of service. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers. Each credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

4. Expiry of Credit
The $40 credit must be used within 30 days from the date it is issued. Any unused credit will expire and will not be reissued.

5. Termination of Agreement
The contract between Green Horizon and you, the customer, will be voided if:
- The referred customer terminates their service before completing one month.
- You are determined by Green Horizon to no longer be fit for our services.

6. Modification and Termination of Program
Green Horizon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination of the Program will not affect credits already earned through completed referrals.

7. General Conditions
- All decisions made by Green Horizon regarding the Program and eligibility are final and binding.
- Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and policies applicable to Green Horizon services.
